The Science of Visualization & Manifestation

The beautiful thing is, science backs this up.

It’s been proven that the brain often doesn’t distinguish between something we vividly imagine and something we actually experience. When we visualize with full sensory detail — engaging sight, sound, smell, touch, and emotion — the brain registers it as real.

This means that the more clearly and consistently we visualize the life we want to live, the more our subconscious begins to believe it’s already true… and that’s where transformation begins. Our thoughts and energy shift, and so does our reality.
