✨ How These Affirmations Work

Each affirmation in this session is repeated twice, then there’s a pause for you to repeat it — either silently or aloud.

During the pause, the same affirmation will be played a third time at a subliminal level, barely audible in the background to support deeper reprogramming of the subconscious mind.

But when we act from a space of peace, acceptance, and surrender, we become magnetic. Our words are more grounded, our presence stronger, and our actions more powerful and fruitful.

You can replay the video as many times as you like — repetition helps reinforce new beliefs.
